Cancellation & Late Policies
Cancellation Policy
Due to our limited openings, we request a 24-hour advance cancellation and/or rescheduling notice. This allows us enough time to fill the opening and schedule another client who is waiting for an appointment. Any appointment canceled or rescheduled less than 24 hours of the appointment will be responsible for a 50% charge of the initial service if we cannot fill your appointment. You will be charged immediately. If this occurs a second time, you will be asked to pre-pay a non-refundable deposit of the service in full.
Late Policy
Unfortunately, we are unable to take clients that are more than 15 minutes late to their scheduled appointment. Please note that payment for a missed appointment will be collected after 15 minutes.
