Additional Client Information

Here are a few things to consider before scheduling your first appointment.

Confirmation Calls and Email

As a courtesy, we send each client either an email or phone call appointment reminder prior to the appointment. However, if we are unable to call or reach you, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments, and the No-Show Fee. Please provide our receptionist with the phone number and email address that is best to contact you.

Other Pertinent Information

Start Time

Please plan to arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time for all services. Please also note that your appointment may not start exactly at the time you were scheduled. Outside factors can come into play such as traffic, weather, or the client ahead of you may have shown up late to their appointment. Just like the weather, we don't have control over this. However, know that we will always do our best to make it work.

End Time

Your appointment may run longer than expected due  to several other factors. For example: clients use the restrooms, need a break, or maybe have more work that needs to be done than anticipated. We do our very best to stay on time, but we also never rush an appointment. We will always give 100% to ensure everything turns out perfectly!

Reviews

Were you unhappy with your service? Before you decide to write a negative review on Google, Yelp, Facebook, etc. - we ask that you PLEASE contact us to explain the situation. We would appreciate the opportunity to correct any misunderstandings. We want ALL of our clients to leave happy and tell their friends about us in a positive light. Email the manager, Emanuel Burgess, at emanuel@bloomnailsatl.com. Of course, if you were satisfied with your experience, we would love it if you could write a review!

Complimentary Consultations

If it's your first time here or if it's just been a while, it may be a good idea to schedule a quick consult before scheduling your service. Sometimes, clients aren't sure what they want to have done and that's okay because it is our responsibility, as your technician, to help you with that! We want to make sure we schedule you for the correct amount of time depending on the service you need. Your nails may be damaged by a service you received at another salon, trying to remove your own nails, or using a product that just didn’t turn out right. You name it, we've seen it. We can fix your damaged nails, but this will require additional time. In order to make sure we get your nails looking their best, it’s beneficial for us to see your nails before your appointment. Please text (404) 747-4411.
